If you remember the old version of the Rams NFL team when they were in Los Angeles, you might have some memories of the Rams particular players back from the 60s and on, and one star was Merlin Olsen. Merlin Olsen was also a broadcaster doing sports on television for NBC, and he was a co-star to Michael Landon in “Little House on the Prairie,” and later starred in “Father Murphy.”
Olsen played with the L.A. Rams during their time in Los Angeles, and was part of the very effective “Fearsome Foursome” defensive line along with teammates Deacon Jones, Rosey Grier and Lamar Lundy.
