During the summer, the extra classrooms are slowly but surely being removed.  Many of them were visible from the football stands and you might have seen them if you went to any games or were at the graduation.   Modernization has about been completed, with the Administration building one of the last projects to be completed.

Lincoln is finally air-conditioned and during the current summer school session, it is so nice compared to places where school goes on in the heat.   Summer school ends at Lincoln on August 17th with about 3 week of vacation to use up before another year begins.   The dismantling of the extra classrooms will open up the parking areas that have been unavailable for a year.  The storage area on one lawn in the Senior Court is being cleared off, with installation of a sprinkler system probably the most important element needed to restore that area to its former beauty.   Fill in the rose bed with some new rosebushes to complete the picture and all should be looking better than ever.

More to be told on the modernization changes that were done.
