LHS Alumni Association Meets This Saturday

The monthly meeting of the LHS Alumni Association will be meeting this Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. at the Cafe in the Heights just across the street on North Broadway from the campus.

The meeting date was moved from the regular 3rd Saturday of the month date to accommodate member plans for the Father's Day weekend.

OC Weekly's Gustavo Arrellano at Cypress Park Library Tonight

Tonight, Thursday, at Cypress Park Branch Library, the commentarian, humorist and cultural advisor, Gustavo Arrellano will make an appearance- From his Face Book entry:

"will be at the Cypress Park Library in LA THIS THURSDAY for Taco USA. 6 p.m., 1150 Cypress Ave., LA. Lecture, FREE; books, BARATO. GO GO GO and BUY BUY BUY!"
